Paige Webster started his firm in 2013. Paige has worked with many projects across many industry sectors including: aerospace, bio tech, geo-thermal, wind & solar, warehouse/distribution, office projects, data centers, corporate centers and the retail sector. Paige has been working in site selection and economic development for twenty years.
Paige has had extensive site selection experience as he was the Western Regional Real Estate Manager for Aaron Rents. Paige was able to facilitate and expand the major retail expansion for Aaron Rents in the Western United States.
Paige has had experience in the Economic Development arena too. He was the former Economic Development Director for the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation. Paige’s experience includes working with back office, warehouse distribution, bio-tech, software development companies and food processing companies for the Yuma area.
Paige did extensive work in cross border economic development and was a member of the Border Trade Alliance (BTA) and worked closely with the Arizona Governor’s Office on cross border issues in Mexico. Paige was on the Workforce Development Board and was also a Board Member of the Arizona Association of Economic Development (AAED). Paige has also received the CEcD designation during his career in Economic Development.
Paige also worked for the Arizona Department of Commerce as the Northern Arizona Representative, assisting companies to expand or relocate to the State of Arizona with projects related to injection molding, warehouse/distribution, back office, agro-business, bio-tech, high tech, aviation.
Paige has received his BS in Regional Development from University of Arizona and has also received his MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Paige resides in Phoenix, AZ and loves to fly fish, play golf, hunt and scuba dive.
James Beatty is President of NCS International, a nationally recognized site selection and economic development consulting firm ,based in Omaha, Nebraska. He founded the firm in 1982. Jim is considered one of the nation’s leading site consultants in the fields of Call Centers, Customer Service Centers, Mission Critical Facilities and Back Office Operations.
He has been involved in over 300 projects, representing over 30,000 jobs and $3 Billion dollars in investment. In these efforts, Jim was responsible for all site selection activities including the Demographic Analysis, Labor Study Review, Negotiations for State and Local Tax Incentives, Workforce Grants and Real Estate Selection. He interfaced with senior corporate and government officials to initiate and complete transactions and deals.
Jim has written several books on economic development including the popular "Technology Led Economic Development" manual which was published by Verizon and the International Economic Development Council, the international trade association of Economic Developers.
He is a frequent contributing writer for several economic development publications. Jim maintains the world's only website dedicated to call center locational issues, www.callcentersites.net.
He is also a highly requested speaker on economic development topics throughout the nation. He has addressed many national and state governmental and business organizations on the issues of job creation and economic development. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Atlanta Business Journal, New York Times and is frequently called upon for quotes and interviews on various economic subject matters.
He was appointed to the Congressional Office on US Technology Assessment to review and recommend policy for US technical superiority.
He has been a Policy Fellow and Adjunct Professor at the Docking Institute at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. Jim served as the national consultant on information technology for the National Congress for Community and Economic Development (NCCED) based in Washington DC.
He has addressed and given keynote speeches to the National Governors Association, The Aspen Institute, IEDC, American Economic Development Council, National Telecommunications Cooperative, National Rual Electric Cooperative, Appalachian Regional Commission, Southern Economic Developers Association, The National League of Cities and several State Economic Development Associations.

Jim also served as a guest expert national columnist for Technolgy Marketing Corporation based in Stamford, Connecticut where he authored a monthly article which reviewed US locations for information technology companies.
Prior to founding NCS International, Jim was Marketing and Sales Manager for AT&T, Northwestern Bell from 1970 to 1982. He was recruited by AT&T into the Initial Management Development Program for accelerated management assignments. He was head of the marketing organization responsible for marketing the City of Omaha to customer service and back-office organizations worldwide. Jim was responsible for all sales and servicing activities. He is credited for having developed and branded Omaha as the “Nation’s Capital for 800 and Toll-Free Numbers”.
Jim has served on numerous boards and organizations and has been appointed by several Omaha Mayors and Nebraska Governors to governmental commissions. He has served as President of the Omaha Junior Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Urban League of Nebraska, Chairman of the Durham Western Heritage Museum, Executive Committee of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Vice-Chairman of the Nebraska Economic Development Commission, Vice Chairman of the United Way of the Midlands and Vice-Chairman of the Omaha Metro Area Transit Authority.
Jim also served 2 terms on the National YMCA Board of Directors. He has received many awards for his Business and Civic activities including induction in the Nebraska Junior Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame, Durham Western Heritage Hall of Fame, Urban League of Nebraska, Community Leadership Award recipient and founder. He has also been recognized by the Omaha Jaycess as a Ten Outstanding Omahen.
Jim is married and he and his wife of 44 years, Earlene have 5 children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. He is a 1970 graduate of Doane College located in Crete, Nebraska where he received an athletic and academic scholarship. He majored in mathematics.
He is an avid golfer and remains involved in the community serving on the Greater Omaha YMCA and the First Tee of Omaha Board of Directors and the Nebraska Arts Council.
Alison Benton is the President of Aliquantus Consulting, where the primary goal is to create strong and genuine partnerships between government and businesses. Jason Hamman is the President and Founder of The Hamman Consulting Group (“HCG”). Established in 2013, HCG provides a full range of location advisory, site selection and economic development services to private and public sector clients.
Jason’s work with private sector clients includes site selection and location analysis, along with the identification and acquisition of tax incentives and grants. He also works with economic development organizations to prepare economic development strategic plans, identify target industry sectors, labor market/workforce analysis, site development/analysis, market/feasibility studies, grant writing and project management services.
From 2008 to 2013, Jason was a Senior Consultant with Silverlode Consulting Corp. in Cleveland. During his tenure at Silverlode, Jason worked with a variety of private sector clients, including a publicly traded iron-ore mining company, a global leader in welding products, a market leading food processing equipment manufacturer, an aviation MRO company, a multi-national call center operator and a large healthcare organization, as well as many public sector clients, including multi-county regional economic development organizations, large cities, and rural counties.
Prior to joining Silverlode, Jason was a Research Associate at Team NEO, an 18-county regional economic development organization representing Northeast Ohio, supporting business attraction and expansion efforts through customized data, labor market and industry analysis. Jason was also an Econ. Dev. Specialist for Lorain County Community Development. Jason has previously served on the City of Avon Lake’s Planning Commission and as the Chair for the City of Vermilion’s Economic Development Committee.
In March 2018, Jason founded The Hamman Realty Group, Inc., an Ohio based commercial real estate brokerage. Jason earned a Master of Public Administration degree from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State Univ., and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Cleveland State Univ.

At Atlanta, GA based Pegasus Partners, Butler is an International Team Member of the Pegasus team that advises both businesses locating in North America as well as development authorities interested in attracting foreign direct investment. The focus for both areas of practice are German speaking medium-sized industrial companies.
The consulting approach with businesses starting production or building representation in the United States is vertically integrated. Pegasus Partners starts with composing comprehensive business plans, administers the site selection process, and finally organizes the actual startup of the business in the chosen community.
Butler come to Pegasus from 20 years of Economic Development as he worked in Economic Development with the State of Tennessee at the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.
In working with various development authorities across North America, Pegasus Partners forms close relationships between matching regions with the goal of ultimately attracting foreign direct investment in both directions.
Butler has worked with private companies in Site Selection work including: advanced manufacturing, automotive, logistics, aerospace, food products, healthcare and the pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to his Economic Development and Site Selector career, Butler was in system design and is from the United Kingdom.
Vicki has been a professional site selection consultant for 25 years. She assists her corporate clients with location strategy, community evaluation, site selection, real estate negotiation, and economic development incentive negotiation and collection. She is a Senior Director with Altus Group (formerly SC&H Group) and leads the Firm's global site selection and incentives practice. In her 25 plus year career, Vicki has worked for well known firms including: The Austin Company, Fantus Consulting, and Deloitte & Touche. She also spent a portion of her career as the Director of Network Strategy for a nationally known consumer products company.
Vicki works with Fortune 100, 500 and middle market companies. Some of her current and past clients include: Porche, Cox Enterprises, PPD, HCA, ConAgra, Hobart, Avery Dennison, Russell Stover, Under Armour, Springs Industries, ADP, Chicos, Simmons, Fisher Scientific, Owens Corning, Gaylord Entertainment and AOL.
Vicki earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Akron and a Masters of Public Administration degree from Cleveland State University. She is an active member of the Industrial Assest Management Council (IAMC), The Association of Operations Management (APICS), the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Vicki is a paid speaker, professor and an award winning published author. Her award winning book, The One You Feed, is a compilation of short stories, reflection questions, and quotes designed to assist the development of key character traits in children ages 7 to 14. In 2013 the One You Feed won the National Indie Excellence Award in the categories of Book Cover Non Fiction and Young Adult Non Fiction.
She is a part-time professor in the Geography Department at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Sthe teaches courses on Site Selection and Economic Development.
