Paige Webster started his firm in 2013. Paige has worked with many projects across many industry sectors including: aerospace, bio tech, geo-thermal, wind & solar, warehouse/distribution, office projects, data centers, corporate centers and the retail sector. Paige has been working in site selection and economic development for twenty years.
Paige has had extensive site selection experience as he was the Western Regional Real Estate Manager for Aaron Rents. Paige was able to facilitate and expand the major retail expansion for Aaron Rents in the Western United States.
Paige has had experience in the Economic Development arena too. He was the former Economic Development Director for the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation. Paige’s experience includes working with back office, warehouse distribution, bio-tech, software development companies and food processing companies for the Yuma area.
Paige did extensive work in cross border economic development and was a member of the Border Trade Alliance (BTA) and worked closely with the Arizona Governor’s Office on cross border issues in Mexico. Paige was on the Workforce Development Board and was also a Board Member of the Arizona Association of Economic Development (AAED). Paige has also received the CEcD designation during his career in Economic Development.
Paige also worked for the Arizona Department of Commerce as the Northern Arizona Representative, assisting companies to expand or relocate to the State of Arizona with projects related to injection molding, warehouse/distribution, back office, agro-business, bio-tech, high tech, aviation.
Paige has received his BS in Regional Development from University of Arizona and has also received his MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Paige resides in Phoenix, AZ and loves to fly fish, play golf, hunt and scuba dive.
Sabrina Champagne works for Sikich as Director, Employment Tax Credits.
Sabrina has spent the past two decades engaged in various aspects of tax credit consulting. Some of her accomplishments include providing federal and state tax credit advice to many leading Fortune 500 companies yielding millions of dollars in annual savings. She has facilitated numerous negotiated incentive packages to offset costs associated with corporate expansion and training activities. She has also worked with the Ministry in Canada to implement the Targeted Wage Subsidy program for a large US retail corporation. She uses a consultative approach when forming partnerships with clients to capture both negotiated and statutory credits to reduce their effective tax rates.
In her spare time, she can be found volunteering at various community events throughout
Indianapolis and surrounding areas. She finally hung up her skates after playing ice hockey for many years, and now spends hours in her organic garden.
William R. Parsons is a Manger at Ryan, LLC, who oversees Ryan’s Credit & Incentive Practice data analysis team and primarily focuses on data driven site selection and complex tax/business incentive negotiations. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with bachelor’s degrees in political science and international studies, and an associate degree in astronomy.
With nearly ten years of experience, William has worked on a diverse book of projects from agriculture to aerospace. Currently William is focused on assisting aerospace, defense, and manufacturing clients meet their future growth requirements and environmental, sustainability, and governance (ESG) goals.
Outside the office, William is a well-rounded individual who enjoys ice hockey, shooting sports, photography, watercolor, and wine. On weekends, he and his wife enjoy driving back country roads in search of scenic watering holes to enjoy live local music. While he will always be a Virginian at heart, where he was born and raised, he now calls Florida home after living there for over fifteen years.
Keith Ziobron is a Professional Engineer with 30 years’ experience, during which time he has
developed a broad base of experience in both chemical and environmental engineering. Keith’s
specialties include Brownfield Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Planning, Phase I/II
Environmental Site assessments, Remedial Construction Management, Regulatory Permitting, Compliance Auditing, Environmental Management System Development and Facilitation, and Economic Development-related services.
Mr. Ziobron earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Connecticut
and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. As CHA Consulting’s Brownfield Program Discipline Lead, Keith works with both rural and urban clients to develop community-driven sustainable Brownfield redevelopment solutions. Keith’s goal is to provide the highest level of quality services and responsiveness to our clients and the communities that he serves.
Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, from the University of Connecticut and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and five additional states. He is serving as the Treasurer of the Georgia Brownfield Association, and is serving on the Chair of the Natural Resources and Environment Shared Interest Group of the Georgia Economic Developers Association.
Mr. Ziobron is also on the Board of Directors of the Chattahoochee Nature Center where he is serving as Strategic Planning; Capital Campaign Committee Chair.
Finally, Keith is an active member of the Georgia chapter of the Air; Waste Management Association.
Joining Goldstone Consulting Group, LLC in 2020, Joe Gaines provides oversight of the data research and analytical operations for the firm. In his tenure, Joe has led the data interpretation in various studies and assessments within multiple midwestern communities. His professional documentations with Goldstone Consulting Group have included survey design and implementation, data collection management, interpretation and analysis of various data sets, and guided strategy development. As the Manager of Data; Analytics, his work with Goldstone Consulting Group has directed community efforts to increase retail locations, address housing concerns, and coordinate employer demand with workforce capabilities.
In addition to his work with Goldstone Consulting Group, Joe has contributed quantitative insights to market research teams in various industries including agriculture, product development, branding strategies, and high-stakes investments. Prior to a profession in analytics, he obtained a degree from Illinois College in Mathematics and Education, leading to an eight-year career as a mathematics instructor in advanced mathematics and statistics courses.
Stephen Loynd has spent his career observing the information and communications
revolution spreading across the planet. He launched TrendzOwl in 2019 as a market
intelligence and advisory firm interested in a set of interrelated areas impacting today’s
global enterprises – from BPO to the world of telecom services and devices. The central
theme animating TrendzOwl research is that exponential technological change is
supercharging an era of immersive techno-consumerism and the increasingly high
service expectations that come with it.
Before launching TrendzOwl, Stephen spent over seven years on the Digital
Transformation team at Frost & Sullivan, where he was an analyst and featured speaker.
He also spent close to seven years as an analyst at IDC, providing expertise on BPO
industry trends and opportunities worldwide.
He has an M.A. from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at
Johns Hopkins University in Bologna, Italy and Washington, D.C., and a B.A., Phi Beta
Kappa, from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
Lynette Tremblay is an executive with a proven track record of helping build organizations from the ground up and transforming cultures and brands in established organizations and ecosystems. She has held senior and C-suite roles in regional and provincial investment attraction agencies, as well as government and the private sector across three Canadian provinces. Her unique approach comes from a diverse background in marketing, business development, and government relations.
As a creative problem-solver and change agent - she has an innate ability to see opportunity in every situation. Bringing people together around a common goal and leading them to achieve what they thought to be impossible is what drives her.
This has led her to launch two businesses focused on empowering authentic leadership and helping organizations initiate and navigate change. Lynette is the owner of Iconoclast Solutions focused on helping companies, communities and CEOs with market entry and branding. She is also co-owner of Stay Spicy Inc. – a company focused on creating the community and tools to support authenticity, personal branding and leadership. Lynette is also the co-host and co-producer of the Demythifying Brand Podcast and Dare To Be Different docuseries.
In her spare time, Lynette is a dedicated mentor and volunteer, serving as board member of Alberta Women Entrepreneurs, Compassion House Foundation, and advisory board member for Society 5.0 and the University of Northern British Columbia.
David brings more than 30 years of outlet and retail experience to TORG. David’s combination of retail and real estate knowledge in conjunction with expertise in start-ups and early stage companies provides him with a unique perspective to help clients maximize value and achieve business objectives.
David applies his diversified background and perspective to all areas of the retail industry including identification of site and acquisition opportunities, feasibility review, underwriting and strategic and operational planning and budgeting. In the recent past,
David has been one of the most active executives in the outlet sector in terms of acquisitions and underwriting. David has demonstrated proven leadership in educating private equity groups about the industry and converting them into investors in the outlet asset class. David has played instrumental roles in positioning companies for capital raisings and public offerings as well as advising on business growth and exit strategies.
As President and CEO of National Book Warehouse, Inc. (NBW), David helped pioneer the specialty retail segment of the business where he oversaw all aspects of the company with a particular focus on leasing, construction and lease administration. During his 16 years with the company, David grew NBW to the fourth largest bookseller in the US prior to executing a leveraged buyout of the company in 2001. At its peak, NBW had more than 1,100 employees in 185 stores across the country.
Subsequent to his role at NBW, David has operated a successful consulting business applying his retail, real estate and business acumen to retailers, developers, entrepreneurial enterprises and mature companies. David has a proven track record of helping owners maximize value and position their companies for a strategic sell, growth and/or ongoing profitability.
David has handled real estate transactions in 43 states and has leased more than 7 million square feet of retail space.
As a Principal at TORG, David is primarily responsible for the company’s leasing, acquisition and tenant representation services and is co-leader of the business and strategic planning and implementation functions.
David is past Co-Chair of the Outlet Retail Manufacturers Association (ORMA) and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). David has received ICSC’s SCLS designation. David participates regularly as a speaker and moderator at ICSC and Urban Land Institute (ULI) conferences and is frequently quoted in the general news media and trade publications across the country.
